Vers uitgebroed de eerste “ei-gen” Omlet nieuwsbrief!
Een nieuw jaar, een nieuw begin, met een allereerste nieuwsbrief van Omlet Benelux. Een goede start is om onszelf voor te stellen. Wij zijn Tino en Yvette Wentink en vertegenwoordigen sinds een jaar het van origine Engelse bedrijf Omlet voor Nederland, België en Luxemburg. Wij zijn er mee in aanraking gekomen via onze familie in Engeland, waar het merk Omlet tien jaar geleden een vliegende start heeft gemaakt en is uitgegroeid tot een A-merk. Alle Omlet producten hebben één ding gemeen: ze zijn vernieuwend, degelijk, en vooral praktisch. Dat is wat ons vanaf het allereerste begin zo aansprak.
Sinds ongeveer twee jaar hebben wij in onze kleine stadstuin een Eglu Go met twee hollandse patrijskrieltjes en we genieten er elke dag van, zowel van de kippen als natuurlijk van de eitjes die ze ons bijna elke dag geven. Overdag laten we ze uit de ren, zodat ze heerlijk kunnen rondscharrelen in de tuin. Probleemloos, want onze border collie Rayza bewaakt onze krielen als waren het haar eigen pups! ’s Avonds gaan ze uit zichzelf “op stok”. Wij hoeven dan alleen nog het deurtje te sluiten zodat ze veilig en warm de nacht doorkomen.
Ook hebben we een ‘moestuintje’ waar we elke keer weer andere groenten laten groeien om te kijken wat ons het beste bevalt. Wel afgeschermd met Omlet afrastering omdat de kippen er anders meer plezier van hebben dan wij! Zo gebruiken we steeds meer producten uit eigen tuin en dat proef je.
Het afgelopen jaar heeft u kennis met ons kunnen maken tijdens “Tuinidee”, “Beleef Landleven”, de “50+ Beurs” en de “Oneto”. Op welke beurs we ook stonden, de belangstelling was altijd groot en de reacties enthousiast. Voor dit jaar staat in ieder geval de Country Fair in Aalten gepland. www.omlet.nl kunt opgeven, zijn we ook aanwezig opFacebookenTwitter. Hier vind u actueel Omlet nieuws, en presenteren we nieuwe producten, prijsvragen en kortingsacties. Uiteraard zijn Facebook en Twitter ook dé manier om in contact te komen met andere kippen-/kleindierliefhebbers en gebruikers van Omletproducten. Kijk ondertussen uit naar ons volgende nummer, waarin we onder meer aandacht gaan besteden aan een aantal nieuwe producten. Tot gauw!
Waar wij in onze stadstuin een groen Eglu Go hebben staan, kunt u ook voor andere kleuren kiezen. Naast geel en groen hebben we sinds begin dit jaar ook de kleur paars in ons assortiment. Hetgeen natuurlijk prachtig kleurt in de bloementuin. Bekijk ‘m snel op onze website!
